IMPORTANT: This is a two-day (16-hour) course.
Day1 is 12/18/2025 from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Day 2 is 12/20/2025 from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
This course satisfies BSIS requirements for an Exposed Firearms Permit. Paladin Shield is an approved Firearms Training Facility (TFF 1710) and instruction is provided by Daniel Butler, a BSIS certified firearms instructor (TIF 2861). Please remember that you must complete an "Firearms Assessment' aka Sixteen Personality Factor Questionnaire (16pf) prior to submitting your Firearms Permit Initial Application to BSIS. Day 1:
This encompasses 8 hours of classroom instruction with a 30 minute lunch break. The presentations cover the material within the BSIS Firearms Training Manual. At the conclusion of the presentations, students will take an exam; a minimum score of 45/52 is required to pass. BSIS regulations mandate that students who fail to score the minimum must repeat Day …
