About the event
IMPORTANT: This is a two-day (16-hour) course.
Day 1 is on 5/21/2026 from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM USI IN CONCORD
Day 2 is on 5/23/2026 from 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM at USI IN CONCORD
This course satisfies BSIS requirements for a Firearm Permit. Paladin Shield is an approved Firearms Training Facility (TFF 1710) and instruction is provided by Daniel Butler, a BSIS certified firearms instructor (TIF 2861).
Day 1:
This encompasses 8 hours of classroom instruction with a 30 minute lunch break. The presentations cover the material within the BSIS Firearms Training Manual. At the conclusion of the presentations, students will take an exam; a minimum score of 45/52 (86%) is required to pass. BSIS regulations mandate that students who fail to score the minimum must repeat Day 1 again before retaking the exam (the student must re-enroll/pay again for a future class).
